ANGLE PLATE (S-5879A)
The angle plate measures 3 1/8 x 3 1/2 x 3 5/8" as cast (consider at least 1/16" machining allowance). The angle plate can be mounted on the faceplate (S-5879) for
set-ups as seen in the photo, or used separately. The
kit for making the angle plate consists of an iron casting, drawing, and instruction sheet. With some make-do
set-ups, it is possible to machine the angle plate using just the lathe, as was the prototype seen in the photos.
